We are writing to provide you with information about our Religious Education program for the 2025 to 2026 school year. Please be sure to carefully read all the information below. The online registration form can be found at the bottom of this message.

Grade 1: Homeschool Plus including Sunday sessions (dates TBA)

Grade 2: Monday or Tuesday from 4:30 to 5:30 at Our Lady of the Angels Parish Center

Grades 3, 4, and 5: Wednesday from 4:30 to 5:30 at Our Lady of the Angels Parish Center

Grades 6 & 7 (Confirmation Prep): One to two Sundays per month (dates/times TBA) at Our Lady of the Angels Parish Center 

Special Needs Program: As always we are happy to customize our faith formation program to meet each child’s particular needs. Please contact the Religious Education Office at (781) 826-2351 so we can discuss this further.

Grades 1 to 5 

Classes will begin in late September/early October and continue until April school vacation. Our schedule will follow the Hanover, Norwell, and Pembroke school calendars.

Sessions for Grades 6 and 7 (Edge) will begin in October/November. Please note that Edge is also our two-year Confirmation Preparation program, preparing students to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation in the fall of 8th grade. The complete Edge schedule will be emailed to all those registered as well as posted online at LifeTeenSMASH.com in September.

Those in Grade 8 and above are encouraged to take part in our Life Teen Youth Ministry program. There is no registration/fee for Life Teen. All of our events are open to anyone in high school or entering Grade 8 in the fall of 2025. For more information or to view our calendar of events, visit LifeTeenSMASH.com/news-events.

Parents have the option to homeschool their child in grades 1, 3, 4, and 5. Books are provided and the fee is the same. We do not offer home school for grade 2 or grades 6 and 7.

Please note that registrations submitted after August 29 will be charged a $30 per student late fee. As always, if any religious education costs cause a hardship, they can be reduced or waived, as necessary. Please contact the Religious Education Office at (781) 826-2351 if you have any questions.
